Johnny F. Flores holds more than 25 years of management experience in the hospitality industry as well as an international consultant with a focus on stressed properties. During his consulting career, he has worked for companies in the United States, the Caribbean, Central America, and the Middle East for brands such as Marriott International, Omni Hotels, Pinnacle Entertainment, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, JW Marriott (Panama City, Panama).

In 2010 Johnny founded his own consulting company NUA Hospitality Consultant, and until 2017 he served clients focusing on task-force operations. During this period, he also worked for management and executive positions in Food and Beverage for the Chicago Marriott Downtown, Westin Hotels and Resorts, Omni Hotels and Resorts, the Belterra Casino and Resort and the Kimpton Epic Hotel Miami.

Johnny F. Flores attended Truman College, earning a degree in Computer Operations, and he sustains a Northwestern University bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
